Dr. Gregory J Menio is a board-certified Orthopaedic and Hand surgeon who is in full time Orthopaedic clinical practice with Mountain Valley Orthopedics, PC since April of 2012. For the past 20 years, Dr. Menio has been performing Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), Impairment Rating Evaluations (IREs), and record reviews.

Originally from the Allentown area, Dr. Menio received his medical degree from Temple University Medical School and went on to complete his residency at the Boston University Affiliated Hospitals in Boston, Mass. He specializes in sports related injuries and conditions associated with the hand.

Dr. Menio is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Menio holds a CAQ(Certificate of Added Qualification) in Hand Surgery and a Subspecialty Certification in Sports Medicine. In addition he is a Certified Independent Examiner as provided for by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME). He is a member of several professional organizations such as the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society. Dr. Menio serves as a Principle Reviewer for The American Journal of Sports Medicine.
